    Who is the most ugliest villain in the Rurouni Kenshin series???

    Most ugliest, eh? I'd say the first guy, Gohei, you know the guy, the really ratty beard, the almost fat qualities to the face, the fact that he can't use a sword, or probably his 'gun' after Yahiko's treatment of him (oh, he deserved that)

    definately the big fat guy who spews fire, and has a huge outie.

    "his name means Fire Man in kanji" but I don't remember what it is.

    I'd most definately go with Iwanbo, the grinning idiot... or should I go with Shishio(since he's burnt to a crisp)

    And the finalists are...the four members of the Oniwa Banshu...

    Contestant #1: Beshimi. This guy looks like a human rat. He's got this big eyes with slit pupils. Plus his hair's all tied up in this scummy unwashed look.

    Contestant #2: Skijio. Two words. Yellow Skin. Too many muscles, too many scars, and a chin that rivals Jay Leno (well, maybe not).

    Contestant #3: Hyo-toko. A sumo body on a giant. A big knotted bellybutton. Ewww. And only four teeth...

    Contestant #4: Hannya (really only in the Manga). So ugly, he wears a mask. It's kinda gross picturing what he's like underneath...he burned of his face, nose, and ears to be unidentifiable as a spy.

    BakaMattSu, undecided on who's the worst, but Shinomori Aoshi definately got shortchanged on followers...

    Hyo toko really was disgusting.............he was totally the opposite of Aoshi.
    He is fat, unattractive and looks stupid with his teeth

    well .. the ones that I see are uglu are thoes 4 guys with Aoshi .. umm what were they called again :dizzy2: ??
    It has been a long time since I saw Rurouni Kenshin :sweat2: !

    Doesn't Hannya's face resemble something of a skull with just skin (no blood or fat) hanging off from it...? Cuz when his mask cracked he looked...err...dead.

    If I remember correctly, Hannya burned his flesh, crushed his nose in, and cut off his lips and ears, though I could be wrong. I liked all the Oniwaban, even in spite of their looks (you shallow, shallow people :p), so I'd have to go with Iwanbo on the ugliest villain. I'd go into a big rant about how great the Oniwaban are, but I won't and just leave my post as is. ^^;

    Eh, that's right, forgot about that factor... I only remember the first Iwanbo really well, so I'd vote for him just to be fair.

    Who said I never liked the oniwabanshu? They're cool. But in spite of what? The question was "Who is the ugliest villain"...

    I don't dive into shallow water, trust me... :)

    Eh, I just can't bring my self to judge negatively upon looks that easily. That'd be wa-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ay too hypocritical of me. :(

    if i`m right hannya was born this way, the ppl in his village didn`t like him(neither did his mother:() read manga 7 or 8!

    Hmm...no, Hannya disfigured himself to be a spy. With all identifiable features burned away, he was to be unidentifiable...

    Although in argument, officers who saw you could always point you out as "the guy who burned his face off" if they still needed to identify you after you did that....o_O

    I did read the translated manga from somewhere (One of the sites BSM talked about back on the discussion about translations. Swirly Eyed Samurai I think). I think Hannya was just born butt-ugly, disfigured, something to that extent, and he made his face into the way it was, because later in the manga it's talked about how he purposely disfigured himself to that extent.

    Hmmm....Shishio! He's all burned up!!! I can't believe Ayumi's in love with him...??? I wouldn't fall in love with him even if you give me a million bucks!!! :bleed:
