I just finished Phillip Pullman's The Amber Spyglass last night. Great book, not as good as Northern Lights or The Subtle Knife, but a good ending to the trilogy. And a nice sad ending to boot.

Just finished Gibson's Idoru. Highly recommended to all otaku. A lot of references to Japanese popular culture.

That is the best book but if you haven't read Sabriel it may be a little confusing. Also if you like that book you might want to read Keys to the Kingdom it's really good. The last book I read was "The last book in the Universe" it makes you think.

I had read Sabriel before I got Lirael. Finished Lirael and Abhorsen already... anyway...

I just recently finished Chuck Palahniuk's latest book, Diary. Very, very trippy, just like all of his books. But not only very trippy, but very good as well. If you're a fan of Chuck, or of his most (in)famous novel, Fight Club, then check this (and his other books) out.

Recently re-read the first four Hitchhiker books, the Dirk Gently books, and the Salmon of Doubt, all by Douglas Adams (the latter posthumously.

Of Mice and Men, too (John Steinbeck, I think).

The fifth is worse than the fourth, possibly. It involves Arthur as a sandwich maker.

The last book I read was How I Spent my Summer Holiday,by W. O. Mitchell Which I had to read for english and wasn't bad. Before that I read 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King. I just started a book of short stories by Robert A. Heinlein, The Past Through Tomorrow.

I read 'Cause For Alarm' by Erica Spindler (twisted), Ranma 1/2 vol.23 and Maison Ikkoku vol.2, all beautiful works of the wonderous Rumiko Takahashi (still working on my collections).

the last weeks I've been keeping myself busy with re-reading "Warcraft: Day Of The Dragon (by Richard A. Knaak), Lord Of The Clans (by Christie Golden) and The Last Guardian (by Jeff Grubb)" and then I've read 4 Novels about the Resident Evil games named "The Umbrella Conspiracy, Caliban Cove, City Of The Dead and Underworld" and am now reading the fifth called "Nemesis". All Resident Evil books are written by S.D. Perry
