J-Pop Who is the Best Jpop Singer?

    SO far I've heard Ayami Hamasaki. I really liked her songs... but I would love to hear more Jpops. So what do u suggest me to hear? Oh yeah.. forgot this one:

    WinMX may be the best bet for music though, it focuses nicely on MP3.

    Anyway, Can't really answer about best jPop singer.

    Well, if you want pop, I recommend either Megumi Hayashibara or Kageyama Hironobu. They're my personal favourites. Check out Hayashibara's Shining Girl and Successful Mission. Ganbare Necromancer's pretty good too, if you can find it. As for Hironobu, I recommend Giri Giri, Hikari No Willpower, Dragon Power, We Were Angels or the theme from Mystical Ninja starring Goemon.

    I like listening to Aya Matsuura... catchy music and she's cute in the music videos :)
    Utada Hikaru has some good songs too, like "Hikari"

    Morning Musume are have some good songs, too, and that's all I can think of right now :)

    I really like Ayumi's remixes and Megumi's songs ^^ although I'm still hooked on Utada Hikaru's music as well. I like all J pop equally though, I have trouble getting used to BOA though.....

    I've had to put up with so much BoA from my sister lately that if I hear just one more song, I swear I'm going to smash something.

    MOVE's got some good tracks, by the way.

    AYUMI HAMASAKI! is the best Jpop singer...
    i also like Megumi Hayashibara (songs like Love hina opening song / Blue Seed song / Slayers Give a reason )

    Suga Shikao, Field of View, Megumi Hayashibara(of course), Maaya Sakamoto. You can get them all from Audio Galaxy . Ive been in the process of downloading a bunch of Judy and Mary songs from there. They are pretty good too.

    My ultimate Fave Jpop song is Hayashibara's Successful Mission ^^ I have all the words to it memorized lol (arnt I sad :p)
    I like The Pillows a lot but I don't think that they really classify as pop so to speek ;) but if you're into rock check out Ride on Shooting Star or my all time favourite, Dynamite Explosion ^^

    Just to clarify, Dynamite Explosion is not by the Pillows. I believe Rob told me it was Firebomber or something like that.
