Art WIP, what do you think?

nice job chej. pity about the block. i hate that...

 

chejo i happen to love your art skills.. i know this sounds stupid but do you happen to draw your pictures by hand or on the pc? I want to scan the pictures in but my scanner is broken.

I do draw them by hand lol, but yeah, i do it directly on the PC using photoshop, against common belief, you dont need a graphics tablet to draw in the pc, all you need is a mouse and patience, actually this pictures (-1- -2- ) are 100% mouse
maybe i should upload a tutorial, thats in case you guys are interested so let me now

UPDATE!!! well...not much of an update really, just a quick sketch to define her position, i'll make her sitting by the river with a foot touching the water, i know threres something terribly wrong with her left leg , worry not, ill fix it as well as i can :sweat2:

also notice all the kind of crazy stuff i draw for fun lol

i just hope i get rid of my lazyness so i can draw a bigass background :sweat2:

 

Ooh, it's getting interesting Chejo! You made her look pretty tough for her age with all those lil extra things. Her arm could be bigger to size up with those long legs. The foot touching the water is a nice idea.

lol no, its just that i like to mess around with the picture while im drawing it

anyways, heres the finished sketch, ill try to clean it up and colour it tonight to see how the wacom works....

I love your recent picture! My drawing are kinda, delicate looking...if I post a picture I'll show you. I drew one of a little elf in geometry class and it was so cute!! I was surprised at how it turned out...but it's kinda small. hehehehe I doddle a lot in class...I have lots of pictures to prove it. Sadly I haven't been able to master drawing the rest of the body just yet. They turn out horrible...any suggestions? Alrighty then see ya and keep up your work you're doin great!

Kawaii, yeah, anatomy is hella difficult, there are some good tutorials at www.bakaneko.com, remember to practice a lot(not like me :sweat2: ), ill be waiting to see your artwork

ok, i just cleaned it up, those wrinkles took forever :S, i dont even want to think about painting them :sweat2:

so, there it is, my first picture with a background, the sky is just a sketch for the moment.
