Thanks Tiger, yours is good, the girl is cute :catgirl:

next time save your pics in jpg format, bmp is way too heavy. JPG offers better size and quality in less kbs, try it out :)

    Thanks Jaken :)

What I used to do was to sketch then ink traditionally, after that i used photoshop to add character and thikness to the lines.

now most of my pictures are 100% digital, with mouse at first, then i got a crappy genius tablet that didnt do much good XD, i recently got a Wacom Graphire3 tablet, its good and cheap, get one of those :)

this picture i sketched with a mouse, then i got the wacom so i cleaned up and painted with it.

Finally, its finished and uploaded to the gallery.

The only crit I have Chejo, is the fact that the water circles run through the rocky "walls" while it should end there. So this must mean the rocks are not rocks, but a gaslike substance...
:sweat2: Just my two cents, but I'm bad at explaining...
Everything else is just great, and the lineart version was very clean. Did you pull it through vectors somehow?

Oh, I only did that once, the airbrush lineart...

I'm going to try pulling my lineart through Streamline and Illustrator on my next CG...

dont know what streamline is, but i think illustrator is vector-based, right? i dont really like vectors, some of the picture´s natural look is lost when vectorized, at least thats how i feel.

Streamline makes a vector lineart of a drawing, after that, you can put it in Illustrator to clean it up a bit.
I'm going to use it when I have time...
