Recreation Would save a family member or five people?

Sadly this is not an option given, but it is the most logical.

No, there is not a chance to take out the problem, as the op specificied that this is an either/or decision with no alternatives.

As for my replies, you have one gag reply and the rest requesting more info, then one "it all depends" reply.

My decision is a family member. I honestly think that is what would be best for me. I am completely selfish. Yes, I am and I don’t care what you people think.

 

Depends on a person, if a family memeber is someone I love I would save them, but if it's someone like, third or forth cousin...then I would save five strangers. Depends on strangers too, if I know that those people are criminals there's no way I would save them.

 

With the types of martial arts I've practiced, I've learned it's better to save two than one. Having said this, my conscience might have something different in mind. To be honest, no one could really know that answer until a situation like it presented itself, but lets hope that doesnt happen.
