Ok. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before. But would there ever be any dances or anything of that sort?
Question: After the first day of school, what will be occuring? Holidays? Valentines Day? White Day? (I hope we have both) Christmas? etc... Are there going to be any of those?
Most likely. I'd enjoy there being dances. Yup. Defiantly. Since this takes place in soemwhere in the middle of nowhere, a.k.a. Japan P) all japanese holidays will be important. Valentines Day and White Day for sure. Christmas in japan is just a big time commercial event, so it'll be important. of course the most important holiday will be New Years. X)
O.K. you'll probably all think I'm a freak for asking this, but I'm sorry but I'm not obsessed with japanese culture, if it's a part of japenense culture. What is White day? I've never heard that before. Can someone please explain it to me? What goes on, when it is, why it is? Thanks!
That's okay i only found out about it a couple months ago. In japan, Valentines Day is a day for girls to give this special type of chocoalate (I believe it's called girichocoalate or soemthing like that) to alot of people, mainly males if i am not mistaken. In turn White Day is the dya men must give chocolate to females, preferably WHITE chocolate, hence the name.
Oh! I can tell you the names of all those holidays in Asian culture! ^_^ My Korean "friend" gave them to me in a card: January 14th- Diary Day (self-explanatory) February 14th- Valentine's Day March 14th- White Day: Boys give candy to girls April 14th- Black Day: the day for the people that didn't get candy on White Day. May 14th- Yellow Day & Rose Day: Y.D is the same as B.D, Rose Day is for couples that met on V.D or W.D. June 14th- Kiss Day (self-explanatory) July 14th- Silver Day: You bring your boy or girl to meet your parents. August 14th- Green Day: You're supposed to go for a walk. September 14th- Music & Photo Day October 14th- Wine Day November 14th- Movie & Orange Juice Day December 14th- Hug Day

Well, Japan really never had a valentine's day but when it did come over, a certain chocoalate company took advantage of it. So you have to give them girichoco (that's the name I believe). ^^
