    Someone beat me to Shaolin Soccer! that movie rocks! I saw a trailer and its coming to theatres I think here. dubbed.

    Iron Monkey was good too, but I liked Shaolin Soccer better.

    The Seven Samurai is at the top. Of course, The New Fist of Fury and Shaolin Wooden Men were both good as well (two old Jackie Chan's). I once saw a really cool Indian movie about some warrior/king who was kicked out of his kingdom by his evil brother, but I can't remember the title or who was in it.

    Battle Royale! The movie was great but maybe it was because I didn't have to download it XD But uhh yes, Battle Royale was amazing and the book was even better so that'd have to be the best asian movie I've seen. But the Korean version of the Ring was great too... and a few other Korean ones... oh wow I don't know anymore -__-;

    Someone mentioned John Woo, which is good because he's Hong Kong's most acclaimed action director (He did Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon as most of you probably know). Fans of action movies MUST watch The Killer and A Better Tomorrow. They're incredible.

    Actually you meant to say "Infernal Affairs," right? I saw that movie too! The story is so cool that an American company is gonna remake it! (I forgot which company, but it'll be around in a few years, just watch, and remember that Asians came up with it first!)

    Actually it was Ang Lee who directed Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (as well as Hulk). John Woo also did The Big Hit, Black Jack, Hard Boiled, Face/Off, and Paycheck.

    I saw Ichi the Killer this afternoon. It's my new favourite. To think such a good film would come from a guy who used to make films as money laundering for the Yakuza ...

    Heheheh, my brother has that. I only got to watch a few parts of it, though. Some pretty nuts parts in there. Someday I'll watch the whole thing through.

    If the special effects weren't so cheesy, it would have been a lot more disturbing.
    At some point in the film I had to change from my speakers to earphones because the sound was freaking out my roommate's girlfriend. I thought that was kind of funny.
    It took me over a month to secure that film, but it was well worth the effort. Definitely worth checking out.
