    Discuss anything about FMA~!

    I don’t want to spoil it for you, so here is a very brief summary of the story: 2 brothers have used alchemy for a forbidden purpose, so they suffered the consciences and they journeyed to find the solution. ^^;
    so from what I see, it gets much much much better after episode 14, which by the way is the most funniest FMA ep. It was funny to add some sense of humor to the other characters instead of having random character repeat the "you're so small" comment and seeing Edward being held back by Al. Mustangs was great and sooo adorable~! "Dogs are human slaves that don’t ask for salary" that cracked me up. Another Mustang scene that was hilarious was when he said is goal is that all female personnel will wear miniskirts ^o^
    Liza's way of showing the dog discipline made me rolf~!!
    Seriously after this episode, things get more interesting with the x-scar face man.

    So far i've seen up to episode 6 and I think it is pretty good. I always love the jokes they make about him being so small :anime: . So far my favorite eps has been the train one(that was one big gun he made). I looking for more but it is hard to find :anger2:

    Hagane no Rengen Jitsu is an excellent anime. Well, not exactly excellent, but well done. Also, FYI, Square-Enix is doing most of it's mechandising and also already has a game out in its name. ^___^ Looks awesome too.

    Kinda like Kingdom Hearts, but you're Edward Elric instead. LOLOLOL

    I love that anime, and once again, thanx to you tooms for introducing it to me :p

    I remember that mini skirt part, that was really hillarious :D

    It's not that violent, and its more funny than violent, but if there are any violent part, it would be dead person + blood. Looks like "Detective Conan" in a way :p

    Dont read the following if you dont want to get spoiled ^.^

    Ive been reading FMA manga and the order of the story is completely different from the anime! For example Hughes first appearance is when Tucker had been killed by scar. Im not complaining, I love the addition of Hughes showing off about his kawaii daughter *^_^*

    I was really impressed when starting this anime.. I really like how it begins at the present time then works itself into recounting the adventures of the brothers when they started out. Then how it comes back to the present. So far it hasn't dissapointed me. I just got episode 16 so I'm going to watch that right now. That Scar dude is freaky.

    Comparing episode 16 with the manga, manga is much funnier. There were so many Alex funny scenes and (attachment) which I wanted it to be included in the anime ... =[
    I was wondering how they'll pull of Lust finding out about the location of Marcoh's research data. I loved the addition of Gluttony holding the hostage :dizzy2: that was really cool way to end that scene~! *claps*
    Another thing, someone pointed out that Lust, Gluttony and Envy are 3 of the 7 deadly sins, so it’s pretty predictable that 4 more villains will appear. I’m looking forward to that ^o^
    Did you see the golden eye psycho? Im having the feeling that he is Ed's and Al's father..
    Any speculations or facts(if you read past the events of the anime?) about the father's identity? Do share ^__^

    This anime rocks!! I was totally hooked from the first ep X_X;;
    At first I was turned off by the title.. I thought it was related with FMP.. was kinda getting fed up with FMP XD; even though FMP is a good anime. Hehe..
    BUT still.. I love it *_*;; The manga is great.. I just want moooore of both the manga and the anime T_T;;
    And the songs... OMG~ Teh BEST XD~~!! I especially the first opening.. ;D

    I really feel sorry for Al sometimes... :( and for Ed as well.. I also really like how they are very close and have a strong bond between them.

    The funny bits of the series isn't the kind where you just get used to it.. looking forward for more FMA :3

    Oh... I think this will rank as 2nd in my favorite anime .. after One Piece >.>;;; rather.. my obsession =)

    the opening is called 'Melissa' by a kick-arse group, Porno Graffitti. I love their music. It one of the few animes I watched the whole opening through.. now the 2nd opening is just a bit dissapointing when comparing them together. For some reason when I think of FMA Melissa pops into my head :)

    Thread revival...
    I like the new opening and ending a bit more than the old ones...
    On with the episode discussion, contains spoilers mainly from episode 21

    Its getting very interesting as we get further in the story. I love the how FMA is showing the dark side of Alchemy and its uses. General Grand had been using the prisoners as the ingredient for the Philosopher stone. He would have been such a great baddie if he wasn't killed off earlier in the show, which takes me to my next point. Envy disguised herself as General grand, in episode 21, to take the prisoners, but wouldn’t the prison guards be at least puzzled to see Grand alive?
    Maybe its just me, but I think Kimblee is cool ^^;;; I used to believe that he was Al's and Ed's father, but after taking a look at the picture frame in the opening. Its not him, the build is different. -__- I wish they would reveal the father's identity very soon~!

    Oh wow. FMA 21 left me confused and filled with questions which only patience could solve. I'm really interested in seeing what Greed is gonna do... one of the sins ~ So that's 4 now. And the whole ishbal thing? Scar's brother... was he trying to bring back...his gf? hmm does she look like lust? o_O; And Scar's arm... Barry didn't explain anything about his arm and just ran off =X
    And I'm guessing, the guards might not know about General Grand's death. Maybe. I'm not sure.
    Chimeras really freak me out. (>_<) Tucker-san looks REALLY weird. And well...nina ;_;...and the fake humans? Like Lust, envy.... ahh~
    I need more of the manga + anime.
    I bet Al and Ed's father is mixed up in all of this. I also hope that Al doesn't believe what Barry was saying. =_=;;

    Anyways... answers ;_;

    Like Al and Ed, I found myself terribly interested in this legend about the philosopher stone, turning lead into gold, and creating the Homonculus.
    I hope those two find a way to bring Al back. As for me, I going to research this and find out the truth. lol

    I just meant. why are they so hard bent trying to make something that was already made to create them? its weird.. maybe those guys are not perfect then? and ya .. I still dont get how Scar's bro gave him that arm tattoo if he was out walking naked and blew up? but he had a weird tan didn't he? lol...

    Don't read if u haven't seen episode 21

    Yeah, your probably right. I did a little research about the Homuculus to retrace the authors foot steps... I mean to find things that might have been an inspiration to the author. Here's was i found out...

    Theory: The Homuculi was to live eternally

    What is a homunculus or what are Homonculi (plural?)?
    They Seek enternal life?
    There is this game called Shadow of Memories by Konami. There was a Homuculus character that can give life to the main character every time he died and also manipulate time. At the end

    it seems that homonculus was trying to survive by manipulating time.

    Common similarity between the homuculus of the game and this anime?
    It's strange that that homunculus and the ones in the anime have red eyes. They are pale and wear black!

    Anyways I think that they seek the Philosopher stone powers so that it can allow them to live eternally? Since they are somehow human, they must also die. That would statisfy the principle of equivalent trade. Or do they want to infest the whole world with their kind?

    Enough suzu! I've posted my complicated theories, I'm way ahead of myself.

    About scars brother, I thought he was blown to pieces but then I rewatched epi 21, he wasn't blown at all! He walked out of the house, and then hugs his borther walks a couple of steps away, and then BOOM, their house went down to pieces. LOL! :sweat: The last scene in the flash back was where scar is calling out to his brother, who is walking away from him. I'm sorry it was pointless of me to ask in the first place.

    Change of subject....
    Ah... Roy Mustang you are SOOO cute!!
