Athena came back to Aera in her own form and sighed sadly and said, "No i was unable to. It's weird it seems as if it just disappeared."
Aarzon walked into the room with Reina at his side. As always, his look on his face seemed as serious as ever. Aarzon: "That seems to make the most sense Aera. This beast is most definately an agent of the Darl Lord. If it doesn't wish to be found, I doubt we will find it until it next appears." Aarzon looked down at Reina, Aarzon: "Please go and wait in the other room for me. I will be in with you shortly." He waited as the little one shuffled out of the queens chambers. When he was sure she had gone into the other room, he turned to his sister again. Aarzon: "Aera, we are really going to have to decide on a course of action for this new threat. If the Dark Lord is forming an army to attack, we may not be able to ward it off."
Aeralyss looked down at the ground as she sheathed her sword, "Yes, yes I know. But what I wouldn't give to just waltz onto HIS ground and give him what to him...but it's just not that easy and you both know that. Everyone in here knows. I've only heard legends and they were scary enough to bring you to tears." Aeralyss let out a sigh as she slumped to the floor, "What am I supposed to do? If we just march in there without a plan...we'll all be slaughtered. He has an army of demons...stronger than any human could ever comprehend. His defenses are impressive...practically inpenitratable. Even if we ward off his army...break through his defenses...there would be the final showdown. That's where the scary parts come in. There hasn't been one person to come out of there alive. How this information was passed on...the dead pass it on. They are the only ones able to tell the tales of the Dark Lord himself. He is a fierce sorcerer...a demon with magic, imagine that." she said as she looked up at them. "The strength of a demon but the magical powers of the most impressive sorcerors of our time. His brute strength is worse than his magic though. When you face him...you pray to God that his magic kills you first...before he can get his hands on you. But..." she said as she got up slowly, still not facing them. "I would die for this kingdom we fought so hard for. Even if we are crazy enough to challenge him directly like that."
"You won't be alone Aera." Athena said with a smile, "I'd die along side you to help you protect this kingdom, in fact i think i have a couple of times." Athena then turned serious and said, "Don't worry we will defeat this evil and your kingdom will have peace."
Ark looked around. This was a secret town of Djinn Mages and Sages. Nobody knew of its existenced, nor could it be sensed by anyone, not even the Dark Lord. It was said that the only person who was stronger then the Dark Lord was the Djinn Grand Sage, Dra'Nor Tsuka. But he had died years ago, at the age 4458. His Decsendant, Drae'Nor Uchilles, was the new Grand Sage, but he was not even close to his ancestors power. Ark walked to the temple. "I wish to speak to the Grand Sage please," Ark said to the Temple Gurads. "Right away Sire," the Guard said. An attendent came and said, "Right this way you Majesty. "They walked up a spiraling stair case, until they got to the top, where there was a huge blue crystal. "Ah, Ark, the King Of The Angelic Demons," the grand! sage said. "Please, Ark will do. I belive you've also sensed the Dark Lord's power returneing as well?," Ark said to the GS. "Yes.....he was once a Djinn Sage...Dra'Nor's right ahnd man. But he wanted to be number one.....so he began to practice the forbidden arts.....consumed by jealousy, and greed, he studied for 1000 years until he thought he was strong enough. But the Forbbidden Arts came at the price of his body...his physical form was sealed..he is just a spirit...but he has now grown to and unimagineable power.....," the SG explained. "His name was.......Ner'Zal Talikau...," SG said, looking at the sky. "So he is-I mean was a Djinn?," Ark asked suprised. Djinn were not the jealous type, or the greedy, they were perfect.
Sorry for double-posting In a dark room lit with Neon Flames, there was what looked like a rip in time and space, but with large red eyes. Falk walked up to it. "My lord, Ark declined," Falk said, on his knees. "THat fool.....soon he, and this pitiful wrold shall know the name of Mana' Roth(1)!," the lord said. "Falk, I will give you an infinte amount of my demons! I want that city burned to the ground! I want Ark brought to me alive!!!," the Dark Lord said in an angery rage. A massive amount of demons appeared behind Falk. "THank you m' lord!! I will get to this at once!,"Falk said, bowing and about facing and dissapearing. (1) In the Djinn language means "Betrayer Of The Light"; name given to him be the Djinn Grand Sage. ************************** Falk appeared in a cliff a few miles away from the that Ark had attacked earlier. The giant army of demons looked like a giant black cloud. "Raaaaaaar!," Falk screamed in pain as he transformed into his demonic form. "I, Adremelk(2), son of Adremmaleck, swear to find Death Ark, even if I must wipe this town out of existence!!!!!!! Charge!!!," he screamed in a demonic voice. The giant dark cloud moved toward the city. When it got to it, the Demon Army began to Incinerate buildings, and murder people..... (2) Falks real demon name; Falk is his alias.
" Hello Tansy, now why are you following me? I hear your heartbeat and you don't seem the least bit worried about all this demon buisness. I can't see your face but I can see your mind; and you aren't even scared of me either even though I'm a dark elf. So why are you coming with me? Why not Aeralyss? And why aren't you scared?"
Tansy smirked. "The way I figure it, small fry like you can't hurt a big ol' fairy like me," she said, hoping this Remiel knew a joke when he heard one. "I'm not in the least bit worried- after all, you'll protect me, won't ye? I have healing magic and such- t'won't be a problem for me to just heal myself if I'm injured." Tansy sat down on the saddlehorn. "So, will you have me on your journey?"
"O my queen I have returned from the travels to my personal armory. I have brought with be a sword, a blessed cross bow, and a demonic long bow. I will be prepared for anything"
Tansy awaited Remiel's answer almost lazily. She lounged accross the saddlehorn. <Gee- he sure does take his time.>
OOC: I've been gone for a few days sorry:shy3: "Yes you may come with me Tansy. Your powers will be useful. Now where do you think the beast has gone?" They were leaving the city now, and as they passed through the gates he breathed in the air. "Ah, the great outdoors",he breathed.
"I don't know anything about the great outdoors, but it sure smells better than that city! Ugh!" Tansy's ears pricked up, giving her the appearance of a bloodhound. "I think that creature is headed for my home! And I bet he's not much of a house guest either..."
Aeralyss looked at Athena and at her brother. She couldn't help but let a small smile escape her worried face. "Thanks." she said softly. "O my queen I have returned from the travels to my personal armory. I have brought with be a sword, a blessed cross bow, and a demonic long bow. I will be prepared for anything" she looked at him and his arsenal. "Wow...you ARE prepared aren't you?"she said, jokingly. "Those weapons will prove useful...but we can't stay here and mope or plan about anything. That'll take too much time! Let's just get the essentials and be on our way." Aeralyss stated as she reached into her pockets in her hip armor to make sure she had at least 3 potions.
*Reina* Reina had gone out of the room and then she had decided to stand right next to the door to see if she could 'accidently' overhear anything. she heard alot of stuff and wanted to run back in but Arazon had told her to stay in here and wait for him. She grumbled a bit under her breath then took a seat in the middle of the room on the floor. "I may be mature for my age but i don't have to act like it all the time." She whispered.
"I have found you can never be too prepared so I decided to get get everything I could carry. As my grandfather said you can never be too prepared."
Kyo's introdection Kyo is sit on a long tree bruanch looking up at the say. "What to do." He is trying to find a way to recover his lost memorys. [stomach noises]. "Oh man I'm so hungry," "which way is the closist town." Kyo jump down from the tree and starts walk West not know were his going.
" You think so! Tell me where do you tell me where you live. You will have to help me direct the horse though. I never very good at directions in these great open spaces. Being blind is a great pain." Remiel than stopped the horse waiting for Tansy to answer, and also silently wondering what the creature's agenda was.
Tansy was slightly taken aback. <He's blind? He carries himself so well.> "We're headed in the right direction for now. We just have to turn once- I'll tell you when." Tansy tried to see farther ahead. "Hmm..."
Kyo finally reaches a town, looking around for a sign but doesn't see one. "I wonder what town this is." He's walking down the street and people are just looking at him, "I wonder what's up," he stopped to ask someone a question "Ha, where the cheap places to eat around here?" The person just walked away with a dirty look. " I guess people here don't like outsiders."
