    Isn't spam on a messageboard anything thats off-topic? Makes sense. Like running a competition, then finding a whoile bunch of subscriptions in your mailbox. Its not invalid, but it's not appropriate.

    mmm... but given that the board is a manga and anime board, isn't anything that isn't related to those "off topic" ? wait, this is "random discussion' yet, these last posts have all had the same topic! It's a spam within a spam ! We should all be taken out and shot....

    Sorry man But i take it very personal when ppl have to attack others spelling.. I find it extreemly imature to even mention other spelling....

    But who cares about spamming.. if its pure spaming in its true sense it will be dealt with fast!

    and why does it have to be called spamming...well i guess cuz spam is nasty and so is spamming...well what do you guys think about spelling bees? i dont like them much but thats just me ^.^

    Surely on this thread nothing is spam. If it's random, evn the most contrived, half baked entry would still be on topic... You could put adverts, racist slurs, porn, anything really on here and it's still not spam.

    well, considering this is the misc forum and that means it doesn't really matter what the subject is. so it doesn't need to be anime or manga related here. we can get to know each other here. i think of spam as unwanted messages from an induvidual that have noe relavance to your life or just annoy the hell out of you. like kame said, if his message would have been done as a series of one-worded posts, that would be spam because it may be bringing more content to the forum, it would be done in an inappropriate manner.(don't mind me, i just feel like talking like this for a moment or 2) and if something recist or slanderous towards one of the members or a race, it would be reported and removed by the moderaters. we have freedom of speech, not the right to hurt others with our freedom. that hurts the basic human right to live happily. tho then it can be argued that those that want to say those kinds of things are only excersising their right to free speech. the thing is, in saying such things, the person is hurting another, even if it is mentally, in a dramatic way. i believe that mental scarring is the worst kind. mainly because it happens everywhere and everyone has it in one way or another. whether or not yyou know what all of it is or not.

    i'm done now...lol i do this every now and then...*^-^* but that's my belief there. and about the spelling thing, oh well...take a look up there and tell me everything is spelled right. lol but, back to topic.

    my cat makes an audible "plop" when she falls over to lie down.

    here's something to be contemplated...my bf sent me this icq of a bit of the book he has to read for his criminal investigations class...

    ok...now the reading is picking up

    b. Double "Y: Chromozone- insinuates that people having this chromozone makeup are prone to commit criminal acts.
    c. The "twinkie" defense- That too much sugar in one's system cause cause one to lose control as a result of chemical changes in the system that affect your normal behavior.
    There are others if you want to research defenses.

    isn't that silly?
