Oh and be lucky that you guys have easy algebra.

Try to read Analystic Methods and Linear Algebra!

It's college maths that I am studying. It's really cute, with L'Hospitals formula, Taylor & MacLaurin formula, Vectors, Matrixs, and of course, Integrators with substition and several other sweet things.

Yes, it's still maths. Note: It's COLLEGE maths. The algebra that you have now will be much much more easier than the ones I am studying :p

I did great in math when I was your age. Grades 6-10 were a breeze for me in math. Then it just went downhill for some reason. I don't care enough now to figure out what happened.

Actually I'm finding myself wondering if I'll even be able to get into college. I was a pretty bad slacker in the last years of school...

Well, there's Centre High at least, if I can't. :/

I had problems in Math when I was younger, actually. Now I'm a total whiz at it. I took first place in the Math Competition at a neraby high school that I went to a while ago. So yeah, since then I've sort of earned a reputation as the "Math Whiz" in 8th grade. Strange... I can't wait until we study WWII in Social Studies, I will so ace that chapter. :p

Science is really annoying for me. It's just that the stuff my science teacher teaches us makes us all feel way too deep in a hole we can't climb out of.

You're in eighth grade and you're doing astronomy? Wow, that's awesome. We don't get to do that kind of stuff. I don't know what my science future holds for later on this year, but if it's anything like so far has been going, I know it won't be very fun. A man can dream... :p

Man you guys make Math sound hard. And Matrices are the easiest thing out there.

    [2 5] [2]
    [5]
First one is a 1x2 times a 2x1. The numbers inside match and the outside numbers make a 1x1 Matrix. EASY!XD

I sure miss that chapter. It's what helped me pass!!Xo

Seishin, ever tried to calculate an intergral using Determinant matrices? ;)

    or using L'hospital/Taylor to solve cos(x)sin(x)+cos4x/sin(x)cos(x) ?

It's hard the first time, but when you have used it some 200 times, it's piece of cake.

...so how the hell did I fail my exam, remains a mystery.
