The last book I read was "The Art of War" by Sun Tsu. Its an incredible book with the most amazing campaigns and battles, plots and tactics. It explains the philosophy of a general and the best way to win. Its considered like the Bible in the army.

    "Incompetnce" - Rob Grant

Great book, Brillant writer (co-wrote Red Dwarf)

And actualy Sun Tsu's Art of War isnt a "Bible" in the army, mainly because everybody has read it, and the tactics are almost completly invalid in war. And its mainly not about fighting wars, its about avoiding fighting by polical and tatical manuvers.

    Wuthering heights. so... weird.

I'm in the middle of reading "Poison" by Chris Wooding now. The part with the Spider Lady was the first thing I've ever read that terrified me.

    Well..
    Yes, yes!
    I remember now.

The last book I read was Hiroshima. It's very good! But then again very sad. Those mean stupid Americans! But wait I am one...Oh Well! It is a very moving and intersesting book. I recommend it to all who wish to read about Japanese history and culture. Oh, and if your knowledge of history is lacking, Hiroshima is where the US first dropped the atom bomb.

But now I am reading Pride and Prejudice!
I love the miniseries with Colin Firth so I figured I might as well read the book.

I'm at the part where Mr. Darcy first proposes to Lizzy!!!!!!!!

Last two books I've read have been The Science of Discworld by Terry Pratchet, The Crystal Shard by R.A. Salvatore. Both are very good though the Discworld one is a little boring at times.

I just finished reading Beowulf and now I'm reading 'Life of Pi' by Yann Martel. Both are fantastic...I don't think that there's anything I can say about Beowulf, and I haven't finished Life Of Pi but wow.

I just finished the "Genesis Wave" == it is a Star Trek series hardcover. Very good story-line which would really make fora good movie if they keep pumping them out.

The Curious Incident of the dog in the Night-time - Mark Haddon

An absolutely brilliant book, enjoyed every page of it, strangely enough it was in the children’s section, even though it’s not really a kids book, as it deals with autism.

The First Crusaders 1095-1131, by Jonathan Riley-Smith. I had to read this bit of non-fiction for a history class. It was terribly boring. Riley-Smith goes on for page after page about some French noble or some Italian prince who went on the Crusade, then names off pretty much everyone who went with them, and more or less gives you the history of everyone's families. He drones on and on about his research, then only really makes one point in every chapter. I know historians need to cover a lot of background, but this was ridiculous. Oh, and he did just about the stupidest thing I have ever seen. You know how some people quote themselves? Well, this guy footnoted himself! And not even something else he wrote. He footnoted the book from inside the book itself. He made a reference to something in a later chapter, and felt the need to include it next to the names of the books he read for research in his footnotes. This just seemed a little excessive to me.
    Anyway, enough ranting for now.
