Manga What manga series are you currentlly reading/buying?

I'm currently trying to get the entire DN Angel manga collection but 9 and 10 don't seem to be out yet so can't get those, I'm also collecting Prince of Tennis although I don't know how many volumes there are for it.

 

Volume 9 of DN Angel should be available if you live in the United States. Volume 10 will be coming out next month, and I don't know how long they plan on waiting before releasing volume 11 (just came out in Japan).

As for Prince of Tennis...it's at least 30 volumes long, and I believe it may still be running in Japan. Viz is still releasing the series in English, and I have to say that it's doubtful they will catch up to the Japanese total any time soon.

I would list the rest of my manga, but I have like 300+ volumes, so I can't be bothered....

 

Right now I'm kinda just going through old mangas I'm finding around my house, such as teh first Dragonball manga and the first FMP manga. I'm too, manga-less at the moment.

 

My favorite manga right now are Death Note and Midori No Hibi (Midori Days), which reminds me of a young GTO. Death Note for my serious side, and Midori No Hibi for my romantic-comedy side.

 

Right now im really interested in Yu-gi-oh, and Naruto. I have to say they're both better in the manga

 

Started the FullMetal Alchemist Manga. Some stuff is indeed better than the Anime, but it's preety much all the same. The timeline isn't the same as the Anime though. Some things make less sense, others more.

Despite reading scanlations of the popular Death Note, I buy them anyway.

It's just a brilliant manga, that's all.

 

Today's a great week for manga. I also started getting the "Ah! My Goddess" Manga, since I enjoyed the Anime so much.

It's more interesting, and more for fans of...good looking girls?

How do I pay for all this? Answer to that...little by little. Sometimes I have to just pick a series I most want. Thus the reason why I haven't collected the newest volumes of Dragon Knights and The Prince of Tennis. Not to mention Vampire Game, Culdcept, Hana Kimi (which I do like)...dang it all. Why does manga have to be so expensive? In Japan they only cost $5.10.
