Ranma 1/2 Who's the one for Ranma?

Okay, so I'm weird. I sorta like Ranma-chan and Ryouga pairing. Why? I just think they look cute together. How does it work? I don't know...

 

Haha, I would say a wife would just stop Ranma-kun in his quests. I think he's better off alone!
Otherwise, I think Akane would be the one that actually gets him.

I would vote for Akane even if she hadn't said that. Ukyo comes in second so if Akane never came into the picture, then Ukyo would be the one.

Kondachi and Shampoo are plain OFF my list. Shampoo is too violent and Kodachi has mental, phisical, and anything-else problems. Shampoo MAKES Ranma love her and I just said Kodachi is an imbisil. But if I chose Kodachi or Shampoo, might as well be Shampoo.

i hesitate to call it because he seems like he wants all the girls. Ranma refuses to kiss any of them, but he still wants them to chase him. Like when Shampoo gets the brooch that turns love to hate, he chases her. The same type of thing happens with Akane all the time.

None other than Akane, although she's not my favorite character in the series.

The question asked in the first post was "But does anyone think that someone else should get Ranma?" Should, not does, so we are free to disagree with teh Takahashi, or lament her decision or whatever.

Poor Ukyou.. she took an early lead (4 votes in the first 8 posts). Where did all these Akane zealots come from all of a sudden? Just because she's set up as the main interest in the series doesn't mean she's the best

So why Ukyou? If you don't know already, it's no use trying to explain

It's really hard to say, (scratches head). Akane I think is more compatiable and can deal with his akward situation. He also is more drawn to her then any other girl. There you have it. :sweat2:

 

they are a good mach in my mind! They may act like they hate eachother but deep down they are thinking (I love Ranma/Akane with all my heart but i cant let him/her now that) :blush2: they should just tell eachother how they feel :anger2:

Shampoo all the way. She is so cute and seems to really love Ranma. Akane is a spoiled little brat. Her voice annoys me and she always fights with Ranma. I think Shampoo could wip Ranma into shape. Ukyo would be my next choice because she is awesome. Not to mention akane can't cook. Shampoo and Ukyo can :anime:

That's the way romance stories work out. They hate each other. Then fall madly in love, but don't realize they are in love till the end.

 

I think Akane and Ranma should be a couple. I mean he obviously cares about her alot more than anyone else. I don't know where you people get Ukyo though. She's like my third choice. My second is probably Shampoo cause she still looks like a kid and I think she pretty just very strange...Akane is by far the prettiest though at least when she has long hair...I HATE...I repeat HATE Kodachi...yes she's pysco, I mean probably anyone that's related to Kuno is. I just think she's a plain crazy retard...

Eh... honestly, it's been so long since I watched Ranma (it was one of the first anime series I saw, years ago) that I hesitate to decide. Since Ranma and Akane are meant to end up together, naturally they have the most compatibility once you get past their surface bickering. However, if the other girls didn't have something going for them, fans really wouldn't have reason to debate this, would we? I'd probably say either Akane or Ukyo - I always liked Ukyo better. Shampoo is fun, but I don't see her as a very viable match for Ranma.
