RPG Archives Anime High School - [RPG] September 1st, First Day of School

Knives blinked at the sudden question, then grinned.

"Don't take it personally. I hate all you human scum. Why? Because you disgust me, thats all." He whispered to her, making sure Vash wasn't listening.

 

Tears started to come to her but then she said, "Knives, I can't believe you actually hate humans because well if you hated humans so much then why are you here and what makes you so different than other humans. Think about it oh and don't make quick judgements on people either."

Usagi then turned back around leaving him to think about it. She remembered how her mother, Queen Serenity, had come from some other far off galaxy to inhabit the moon and she wondered if that made her human or alien as well.

Usagi.. USAGIIIIIIII

 

Reika put her head on her right hand and looked out the window. She longed to go outside, and closed her eyes, tuning out everything in the class but the music she heard inside her. Reika frowned; the piece was incomplete. She narrowed her eyes as she opened them, feeling she couldn’t feel at peace in either reality. She then resumed looking around at the students in the class.

 

Vash had let his mind wander to a certain someone for a moment, when he noticed Reika looking around.

He leaned towards her and said quietly, "Bored?"

Tears started to come to her but then she said, "Knives, I can't believe you actually hate humans because well if you hated humans so much then why are you here and what makes you so different than other humans. Think about it oh and don't make quick judgements on people either."

Usagi then turned back around leaving him to think about it.

"Hmpfh, yeah sure..whatever..." Knives muttered to himself and crossed his arms, but then started thinking.

"I'm here cause Vash made me come...not like I'm weaker than him, just cause he'll make a stupid fuss if I didn't..." He then glared suddenly at the back of her head, "How dare she think I'm similar to humans...."

"Listen to me, the only reason I'm here is cause my stupid twin brother wanted me to and trust me, I'm very different from you humans." Knives whispered angrily back, "Humans are greedy and wasteful; parasites that'll destroy the world if you let them. Me like them? Yeah, right."

 

Reika blinked out of surprise and looked at Vash.

"Oh, just a bit." She smiled weakly at him. "You, too?"

 

Botan heard Knives and turned to face him in her seat. "You're very rude, for not being like a human," she commented to him angrily.

 

Miroku decided to talk to the two sisters. "Well, ladies what brings you here?"

Inuyasha smirked at what Knives said. He was listening in. 'There conversation is better then that stupid monk,' he thought. He turned around and spoke to the two girls bugging Knives. "Why don't you leave Knives alone. Humans are just filthy and useless creatures."

Kagome looked at Kaiba. "Do you know what we are supposed to be doing?"

 

Vash returned the smile, "A bit. The first days are usually slow I guess. Though gym was interesting...I just hope lunch is soon, I'm getting kinda hungry."

Knives glared at Botan, then InuYasha joined in.

"Finally, someone talking sense." he thought with a smirk. "He might prove to be a useful ally.."

He turned back to the two girls.

"See? I'm not the only one who sees it that way. So, why don't you just accept it and jump off a cliff or something."

 

Reika laughed.

"Been a while since you ate?"

She looked through her schedule.

"Well, lunch should be after this class, so just hold on for a while longer. Oh..."

Reika grabbed something out of her bag and offered it to him.

"Some pocky? Just in case you need something to keep you going."

 

Botan glared at him. "Maybe you should learn what you're talking about before you start to tell people what to do," she said huffily.

 

Knives gave Botan an irritated look, "Especially you, why don't you jump off a cliff and stop bothering me."

"Ah, wow!" Vash took the food gratefully, "Thanks alot, this stuff is great." He said with his mouth full.

 

Reika smiled cheerfully at him. "Oh, you're welcome...Vash, was it? From your introduction?"

 

Botan was mentally writing notes she would take in her book. For some reason, the ones about Knives weren't very good. She gave him a smile. "Don't worry, you're going to be dealing with me for quite some time," she said, laughing a bit.

 

(OOC: Let's assume Hotohori has already said something.)

"Well um, I'm not so sure..." Kaiba began but then the sensei answered.

Chichiri as well was about to answer laura till the sensei began speaking once more.

"Now then, right now we'll go to the plan for the school year circulum." Kinomoto-sensei began standing off the desk. "First off in language arts will be the study of short stories, which will hopefully be as short as the stories." (which she truly hoped for. Novels were more of her type). "next will be study on mythology. And not just from one place, from other countries as well, from japanese to greek, from African to Egyptain, from native american to Indian. Lastly shall be the novel study. I'm not gonna tell you what the book we'll be doing is yet, it'll be a surprise. lastly, spelling and grammer will be improved on throughout the whole year. Any questions?"

"I have one." Kaiba began, not even bothering to raise his hand. "what in the world does mythology have to do with language arts?" he said this very rudely, which took Kinomoto-sensei slightly aback.

"Mythology has alot to do with Language Arts Mr. Kaiba. Each myth is a story in case you haven't noticed, and that is the main focus of language arts. besides, it's seems to be the most popular unit of the 3." Kinomoto-sensei replied. kaiba grunted, he hated anything having to do with the past, espcailly mythology.

"Any other questions?" Kinomoto-sensei said once more.

 

Usagi raised her hand and when she was called in she asked, "Exactly how many various mythologies will we be going into?"

She asked this because she remembered her own mythology that was based off of her past life. She didn't want to remember alot about that because then she'd be forced to deal with the fact she was away from her friends and fellow sailors and the fact that she may not be able to find her prince while here. She also wanted to find a little bit more about their sensei's modeling class but at the same time she felt that before she could ever become a role model for others she needed to figure out who exactly she was. She didn't know if she could call herself a moonling or a human. She shook out of that phase and started scribbling a note down to Knives.

ooc: Knives i'll pm u what the contents of the note is later once i've decided what i want to exactly include in it to u.

 

Vash nodded to Reika before the teacher started talking, and then hid the food from the teacher.

"Mythology, huh? Can't say I know much on the subject, but it can't be too hard." He thought to himself. He then glanced at Knives.

He was slouching in his chair staring at the ceiling, looking bored.
"Mythology? How lame..." Knives muttered to himself.

He then noticed Usagi writing something down on a note and curiously raised an eyebrow at her.

 

Reika twirled some of her hair around a finger.

Mythology...how very interesting! Some might not believe it, but those so-called myths are all true, closed from them because they themselves are so close-minded. Ha, I wouldn't be surprised if some of those same students in here are in myths themselves, reincarnated.

Her eyes automatically moved to Usagi, then to her surprise, Kaiba.

This is going to be an interesting class.

Reika smiled to herself.

 

"Well..." Kinomoto-sensei began. "First, we won't looks over every story in mythology, a couple or so from each, some of them only one. Greek and Roman are the two main ones we will be studying. Egyptain as well, Indian, Japanese (of course), some Native American and African as I have mentioned, Celtic, Chinese, and Babylonian. It is the study of the GODS and some stories that we will be doing, for some of these are still religon, such as Hinduism. Anymore questions?"

OOC: Btw, this is what I'm taking up in Language, short stories, mythology and novel study. WAs very low on ideas you see.

 

'Mythologies? Hmm I doubt there would be anything about me in there. Maybe Inuyasha?' Kagome thought and she turned around to glance at him. She turned back to the front of the class. 'I am a reincarnation but I don't think there is anything about Kikyo or demons like the ones I know or met in Japan mythology.'

Miroku was interested in Mythologies. "Wasn't there beautiful girls in mythology? Then I am all for it." He spoke out load and then blushed. He recovered himself by turning to the two sisters. "But I doubt they could compare to you two rare beauties." He smiled at them.

"Get your head out of the gutter, dirty monk." Inuyasha hated that idea of course he let it be known. "Who cares about mythologies they are for kids. Talk about boring."

"Inuyasha, I think it would be rather interesting. Don't you Kaiba?" Kagome said.

 

"The Gods did things with speed and conviction. I will enjoy learning about them very much," thought Haruka. She looked around to see if there was anybody to talk to, although you weren't supposed to do too much of that during class.
