Current Affairs Homosexuality within Society

If this is a bad subject to get on; feel free to close the topic; delete it; whatever you must do. And Gomen Nasai if it turns into a heated discussion. And no, I do not mean to offend people if anyone finds this offensive or degrading.

As most people know, there has been debates about Homosexual Marriages. This topic is pretty old, but I am sure that we can turn this into an interesting conversation within one another. I for one am interested still in what individuals have to say about Gay Marriages..

I've made this topic 'Homosexuality within Society' for a reason; and that is because not only was this topic made for the discussion for Gay Marriages; but for how your own individual environments feel about homosexuality within their neighborhoods, etc...

So how about it? Care to share? I'll add my input once this topic has been appointed an "okay" from the mods...for safety measures.

 

My only input is that you should have used the Search tool; we've had a thread about this in debates for a fairly long time.

Eeps! No, never! I would never say anything mean regarding homosexuality. I just got out of a 'lesbian' relationship, and am openly Bisexual myself. I try to make it clear, though at times, I sound fairly mean with my posts, I don't discriminate^^

 

I didn't think that you meant to discriminate or anything; it's just the way I think. Contradictions go through my head with a snap. I'm odd like that.

Looks like we may have a bit in common; Aside from recently getting out of a same-sex relationship.

I'm totally ok with it and i support gay marriages. I dont understand why so many people hate homosexuals/lesbians. People shouldnt be discriminated against only because they are gay. Its a free world and gay people have the right to be gay.

 

I have a problem with it but i deal with it i dont hate gays or lesbian couples i could care less on what they do i can say for everyone is that no one really wants to see forty to fifty year old gay or lesbien couple making out in public its just really hard to cope with when you see that...Sorry if this is insulting to anyone Please Forgive me

 

I don't have a problem with it. As long as they do their life and i do my own, everyone is happy. No interfering, and the life is happy. Besides, everyone is entitled to their own lifestyle, so we're nobody to tell them how to live.

I don't view that as insulting. I mean, I totally understand the feeling behind seeing elderly homosexual couples making out in public would be hard to cope with. I have issues about that myself; even though I myself am bisexual. I don't think I would be entirely okay with that even if I were/weren't.
