Inu-Yasha love or immortality?

Inu Yasha and Kagome seem an interesting pair now. But kagome is mortal, so how can they be 2gether? Do u, guys, think it would be worth it for Inu Yasha to give up his immortality to become a human and to be with kagome? Is love really more important than endless life? I think it would be much better if they both become immortal. I like Inu Yasha as a demon with silver hair and those cute ears^_^

 

They can still be together for the rest of their lives even if inuyasha is inmortal, kougome will reincarnat again and again, and if inuyasha becomes human and dies he might not com back as a human again be cause of the hatered he posseses for noroku.

the thing is, i like Inu Yasha as a demon. If he turns human he wouldnt be as attractive as in his demod form (i mean his ears, silver hair and his powers would be gone). he'll be just an ordinary guy, nothing special :*(

I personally think human Inuyasha is very cute.

I'm not sure which I'd pick. Admittedly, if Inuyasha chose human, he wouldn't have his hanyou powers to protect Kagome, but if he chooses human, he'd most likely move to Kagome's time to live with her, where he wouldn't really need them anyway.

I honestly think he's either going to choose human, and live with Kagome, or choose hanyou, and live with Kagome. ::shrug:: If he gets reincarnated, he most likely wouldn't remember his past life as Inuyasha, meaning he and Kagome would have to start over again.

Why would his hatred for Naraku make him unable to be reborn? Kikyo had hatred for Inuyasha because she believed he was the one who mortally wounded her, and yet she was still reborn as Kagome.

I think that Kikyo was reincarnated as Kagome with the purpose of guarding the jewel(and she also was a priestess). But inuyasha doesnt serve any specific purpose, so he doesnt get reincarnated. so sad...... and thats another reasnon why he shouldnt turn human but remain as a halfdemon.

If it came right down to it, though, I think Inuyasha would opt for love over immortality.

i just had an idea, maybe shikon jewel can make Kagome immortal, so she can stay with Inuyasha forever *^^*

 

Inu-Yasha isnt immortal...

immortality means u cant die under any circumstances...

I believe that inu yasha is going to make the choice of becoming human after all isnt that what the story is being built up to... whether Inu Yasha will choose Kagome or Full Youkai...

on a side note... if in fact Inu Yasha does choose to become a full youkai i believe it will lessen his power greatly seeing how he will no longer be able to weild the tessiga

 

well yea inyu isn't fully imortal because if he were than he would not fear of death

 

That, and he is gradually aging. He may very well one day be as old-looking as Toutosai, and eventually (after a very long time) die of old age. That, and he can be killed.

and any way being half demon is what makes inuyasha speical you take away demon and he's just another face in the crowd. A cute face but just a face.

 

he he, totally agree. being a halfdemon does make inuyasha stand out from the crowd. makes him *special*, and i think that Kagome likes Inuyasha as a demon and i dont know if she would like him as much in his human form. And i think it would be silly of inuyasha to turn human(even for kagome). But its just my opinion so please dont be mad at me ^_^

Well, Kagome's been with Inuyasha as a human at least four times now, and hasn't shown any change in liking him. Also, Inuyasha becoming human for Kikyo seemed to be a viable option while she was still alive, so I don't see why that would be any different with Kagome.
