"I came to this school to grow stronger... so that I can avenge the destruction and murder of my village. It falls on me for many reasons besides that it would seem that I am the lone survivor." Athena answered, her voice low and quiet so that Tetsu alone would hear her, "I was invited to join this school and... truth be told, i feel like I was drawn here.. as if the moonlight led me here." Athena smiled then asked, "Why did you come Tetsu-chan."
Bella looked at the teacher and shrugged. "Um..ok..who are they?" She said to the teacher. She had a feeling she was in trouble already. "Wow already Im in trouble. I think its my new record." She thought to herself.
The dog boy opened one eye to peer at Athena from beneath his icey blue bangs. ".... I don't have anywhere else to go." He smiled lighty, keeping just the one eye open. " I'm an orphan and was brought here."
Taiyoko suddenly stopped meditating...the aura that had flown around him died down.... Taiyoko looked around, seeing that everyone was either talking to someone else, or was busy thinking...Suddenly Taiyoko felt a cold stare being directed towards him....Taiyoko turned to his left and saw Karukai in the next seat, starring at him, with a cold look on his face.... "Do you need something Karukai, or are you going to waste everyone's time by being a nuisance? So far, you have given everyone reasons why to watch out for you....What do you need?" Taiyoko said, his usual emotionless expression on his face.... "Theres something about his energy....that makes it unique....I dont know if anyone else has felt it, or if they care, but something about his energy is just not normal....even for a demon..." Taiyoko thought in his head, continueing to look with a icy a stare at Karukai, waiting for him to say something...
"Then we'll essentially the same Tetsu-chan. We're both orphans with no where else but this school to go to." Athena said with a smile. She looked around for a moment taking in everyone's different moods and their gestures. She looked back at Tetsu-chan and said, "As a whole we have a long way to go if we are to stop those that are threatening this school... we'll need each and everyone of us to be able to trust in each other if we're going to be able to accomplish anything."
Kaiyon could not help but overhear the student's conversation. He felt they were family to him already, and besides, he could not leave school-guarded grounds for a reason. "Hmmm...am I really just stuck here?" he wondered to himself. He began to question the why he was in this school. He knew it was the right thing to do, but after a while, he began to question himself. "Is this really worth it? Is this good enough? Is it?" he kept on mummbluing. Soon he, and the other students, would reach their destination, and he was already feeling a dark aura in the direction they were going......
Tsuki looked around, bored already. She gripped the seat in front of her as the bus began to move after everyone was one and sitting down. Despite how nervous she was, she hated being alone. She glanced around to see if anyone felt the same. At first, she noticed Karukai and Taiyoko. They seemed to be going at it already. She wanted to go back there to make sure they didn’t fight, though she was sure Taiyoko meant well. But she didn’t approach either of them. She only hoped that they would leave it be until a good time popped up. Next she saw Kaiyon. She didn’t know him very well, so she didn’t know why, but he looked a little down. Some how, she felt she needed to go talk to him. After all, he was new, and just a human, like her. Maybe that’s why he was upset. Were other students giving him a hard time over that? She looked around. This group didn’t really seem the type to do that. But, you never know. Slowly, she made her way over to Kaiyon, swaying with the bus as it took a turn. She sat in the seat right across from him and smiled, “You’re Kaiyon, right? I’m Tsuki.”
"Oh! Yes, I am! Tsuki-san! Nice to meet you!" Kaiyon felt in question as why she was talking to him. After intoducing himself, he asked "Uhm....Tsuki-san? Is it right to risk everything to get what you want?" He knew this question surprised her, but he continued on...."I mean, I want to be strong. But its like I gave up my old life in order to do it.....Since I came here, I felt like leaving, and using what my father taught me in some better good"...he said. "OH! I AM SO SORRY! Enough about my questions! Just tell me, what do you think's gonna happen in this test!?" he asked in order to divert attention from his recent comments..
Kakajo could not help but overhear the conversation Kaiyon was having. *hmph* "If this little fool doesent focus on his assigment, Itll be be big trouble for him" He then sensed the same thing all the others were.....and took a sheet of paper, wrote something, folded it and threw it down the window in hope that the demon Sasshumar would catch it. The note said "you sense that?"...
"Well.....I see humans aren't more than just a weak piece of matter", this one can actually think. As he was running after the bus, he noticed a girl was up ahead in the road. "What the....." He could see she was human, but rather oddish looking. He didnt want to be discovered by the class so he did not warn her of the bus approaching her.....
Karukai looked at Taiyoko with a fierce cold stare...."To think, that this little demon has the potential to be one of the strongest demons in existance...He had shown remarkeble strength, speed, and tactics when we had our squabble...Not that it matters....He can join our side....Or I will dispose of him...There are others who would make excellant soldiers...Soon, it will begin." Karukai thought in his head. Karukai smiled, laughing at the show Taiyoko was putting up.... "Kid, I could defeat you with my eyes closed....and you know that...Why dont you just focus on surviving to our destination...By stop being a thorn in my side." Karukai siad, laughing at the end... Karukai looked out the window, thinking about something...
OOCM: We're going to move on ahead. P.S. I'll leave it to you to come up with your own traps, unless me or KT, ect., see the need to do other wise. Tsuki blinked, a little taken back by his question. To tell you the truth, it made her think. She looked up him, a little happy that he was able to confide in her, though he didn't really know her. She leaned her head on her hands on the back of the seat, staring into space, remembering her friends and family back home. At least the people she wanted to remember. She had happy memories with them. She was risking the memory of them, being there. But, for some odd reason, it didn't bother her. She glanced over at him, "I suppose it depends on what you're risking it for." She smiled to herself. "I'm not really a good person to ask this, but, I believe if it's important to you, there's nothing you shouldn't do." She sat up, her smile getting warmer, "If it means everything to you, there's nothing else to be put at risk, you know?" A few hours passed and many of the students had wisely fallen asleep on the way there. TaiKami-Yura didn't though. She sat in the front seat, near the driver incase something happened and she had to take her anger out on him. She held a slip of paper in her hand, gazing at it protectivly. She had gotten the letter a few days ago, concering on of the students. She hated these letters. She hated being incharge of their safety. She hated pretty much everything at the moment. She closed her hand, hiding the contents of the letter, gazing out the window. Damn you...she whispered in her mind. Two more hours had passed sense then and the sun was just rising. The students, refreshed from the sleep, all exited the bus and listened to TaiKami-Yura-sensie explain the rest of there mission. "It's simple. All you have to do it reach the top of the mountain and wait for me in the shrine at the top." She took a step back, a little calm after the ride, "You can die." She said. Some of the students could even feel emotion in her voice, but she was quick to hide it. "There are many traps waiting for you. Get going." Tsuki stood by the bus after hearing TaiKami-Yura-sensie speak. She waited for Taiyoko and Kaiyon. She glanced down at the weight on her wrist once more before, finally, ignoring them. Minako walked a few feet on the trail, and looked back to her team mates, "Are we ready?" She asked supportingly.
"So, Belle, Karukai," Shinryu started, grinning at Karukai as he spoke, "shall we begin?" Shinryu showed no sign of any anger or ill intent toward Karukai. Perhaps he had decided not to fight. Or perhaps he 'realized how pwerless he was.' Or perhaps... he had something planned. Karukai had, surprisingly, not caused any problems along the way. Shinryu had not needed the spell he had prepared, so he let it go. He pushed it into mental 'chamber,' where he could still call upon it, but he wouldn't need to think of it constantly.
Belle sighed and looked at Shinryu. "So what are we supposed to be doing? Im kind of new and dont know why I am here... on this old bus."
kakajo gazed at Tai-Kami, wondering what that piece of paper she held in her hands meant. Then she saw him look towards Kaiyon and Taiyoko. He grew more and more suspicuous. "Hmmm...? Where's that demon run off to?" He wondered where Sashumar had gone off to. "I could have sworn I saw that little freak right behind us just a few moments ago.......
Sashumar was still following, but he was slowed down by a girl he'd just seen on the way. As he kept racing himself, he saw it her again. This time he made a jump for the trees so that he would not fright her off. As he was on top of the tree he saw he lost sight of her again. "Damn it" As he stood up, in the tallest tree in that forest, he truned his back and the mysterious girl was standing behind him. "Ahh!......hu!?......hey, YOU! Whats your name!?"
"I? I am Ruby....Ruby Yaoi" responded the girl. She then jumed off the tree, knowing that Sashumar would chase her, she followed the bus tracks her new friend was following. After a few short minutes of racing Sashumar, they finally caught up to the but. "Oh! Uh Oh!" The speed they were running was too fast, so to stop, she decided to jump. Unluckly, she was discovered....and the landfall she made was directly on top of Kaiyon. As Kaiyon was trying to get back up from the ground, she closed her eyes and said "Hello! I, am Ruby.....Ruby Yaoi!"
"uhh......ok......wel......" Kaiyon wondered what this mysterious girl was doing over here. "Well....Ruby!" the girl smiled "What are you doing here?". Then he spied sashumar already near the clas. "Hehe, no need to explain! Why dont you go with Tai-Kami-sensei. She'll know what to do!" Kaiyon smiled very warmly and then said "go on then....
The girl immediatly blushed. "uh...I....uh...." She could not respond to Kaiyon's words. "What....what is wrong with me? Who....is....this....guy!?" Immediatly she just tried to stand up but then just tripped on her feet and fell on top of Kaiyon again. "Oh! Terribly sorry!" she said. "that's okay" responded Kaiyon. She tried to stand up for the second time, but then she tripped on Kaiyons legs and fell face down to the floor. "Ahhh! How emmbarasing!' she thought. Trying to hide it, she slowly stood up without looking at Kaiyon and she said "Oh! hehehehe! I am okay! Tell me! What is your name!?"......
Karukai looked at Shinryu...not with his usual glare of evil and anger....But a look of deep thought...Something important was on Karukai's mind.. "Sure, whatever...Lets get this little hiking trip over with..." Karukai said... Karukai didnt even wait for them to respond, he started off, waiting for the others to follow...
