Yu-Gi-Oh! Yu-Gi-Oh! (manga)

YGO anime fans, beware -- the manga is MUCH WEIRDER than the actual series! Creepy, too! There will most likely be SPOILERS for the manga series, so if you haven't read it and don't want to be spoiled, please proceed with caution.

First of all, they use Japanese names and yen with the story, which kinda makes it cooler. ^_^ I mean, 2,000 yen is about $16 or $17 in US dollars.

Second...Yugi's kind of a pervert. He's in HIGH SCHOOL -- unbelievable, soo unbelievable, :dizzy: -- and... Jounouchi's a pervert, too! *glare* Anzu's cooler in the manga, though. ^_^ And Yami Yugi is REALLY CREEPY! Cool(ish), but CREEPY!

It comes in Shonen Jump. Anyone else read it and have comments about it?

 

The manga really is much darker than the anime. But still excellent! I like how in Shounen Jump they give you the stupid anime dubbed names too. 'Cause otherwise I'd have been so confused. Now I'm smarter! YAY!

Seriously, it's so much darker and better than the anime. But I'm seriously afraid of Yami. ^^;; He looks like a lunatic. And if you look close, he doesn't really grow when he changes. (At least, I think he doesn't grow...) And he's EVIL! Sure, it's justice, but it's still so mean and creepy and scary!!

Iv'e read it. I think the manga is a little creepy with Yami Yugi. It's just cuz we're not used to it. I think that is what Yami Yugi is supposed to be like Creepy. It's sad that they make Yugi & Jonouchi to be perverts. It's kinda cool though.

 

yea i actually read a few scans. yami is def dark and scary i like the anime yami! he's cool and so hot! the manga yami is cry scary! and pervert yugi is such a no no!

 

I mean I collect the manga and I think it's cool although in the show he's a goody two shoes type of person. Don't get me wrong, I think it's okay but its actually pretty good that you see a different side of Yugi & Jonouchi cuz then you get to know them better.

LOL. Yup anime Yami is sexy and has a sexy voice but it is verry funny with that Panty Tank thingy. I thought everything in that manga was funny.
