    well, yeah me too...i think i might even need extra pants or somethng lol *^-^* it'll be good, but the sad thing is, not long enough...only 3 days on book 4...sigh and 1 day for the other three....sucks being a fast reader....i need to re read them sometime...ert...or buy number 2...lol

    I know what you mean about some books being better than others -- I'm reading book three now (hardcover edition! ^^), and I must say that so far, so AWESOME.

    ...but still. I wanna see the movies because those kids are just so cute! (And I LOVE the kid they cast as Harry. ^__^ He is just TOO cute! ^_____^

    being a speed reader sucks when it comes to something as good as harry potter...& when the movie comes out in november, me & my co-worker telisa are going to see it.

    hehe book 3 is the BEST. and yeah, speed reading is a bad thing..but good in ways too...*^-^* tho i guess i never considered myself a speed reader...lol

    yeah, i know...

    what are your ideas on why Snape quit the job he had before he became a teacher? *4th book* personally, i think he had a family, a kid, and someone killed them. i actually had a dream about it.

    ya know, i may have never really liked him much, but i don't think that he's really an evil person, just someone that wants power. being in slythern doesn't mean evil, it just means you want the quickest way to being powerful. i can see draco doing that when he gets older, but note snape.i think he left his other job because it became dangerous to him and his position. i mean, getting caught in it would really have made keeping contacts hard. and well, if he has a family that would kill the rumor that he falls in love in book 6 pretty damn quick lol*^-^*

    then again, his family may not still be alive...& i agree with you on snape, he isn't evil, just power greedy.

    good point, but can you see him with a family? well...i mean...hehe i can see the acter himself(alan rickman is such a cutie!! prrr) but snape with a family scares me lol

    oh, man isn't alan rickman just too hot!!! i saw the movie before i read the book, and i thought that he was the one who gave harry the cloak (they don't say in the movie). if it wasn't for him being so cute, i would never have thought that.

    so busy talking about cute alan rickman that i almost forgot...in my dream that i mentioned earlier, he had a wife that he liked, but he was only nice to her & the kid...he was mean to everone else that he met. & voldemort had the wife killed (i had the idea that the kid lived, but was in a coma or something) when he found out that snape might leave the death eaters. & the malfoys carried it out, but snape never knew. so now we know i'm really obsessed...i have harry potter dreams on a regular basis. :p

    hehe yes, alan rickman can stop by my house anytime he's in the area. i would gladly do anything for that man. lol <cough>

    hmm..intesresting...least i ain't the only one with potterish dreams...tho, mine were more with prof lupin. cause well, he's just sooo adorible...to me anyways...the guy playing him better have that "i'm cute but i don't know it" look...and hehe, puppy eyes.*^-^*

    Harry Potter is the best. I saw the movie when my cousins rented it last year, and now for my birthday this year, I have asked for nothing but the movie, the books, and anything that has to do with Harry Potter. I read all 4 of the books in one week, and then went back and read them again a second time the next week. My brother says that I frighten him, and now he disowns me. lol, but he is just jealous. (however you spell it)Call me crazy, cuz I am addicted. :glazed:

    if u watch harry potter the movie, u dont wanna read the book cause your lazy. and if you read the book, like drongo said. so u either read the book or watch the movie. personally, though, id rather read the book, cause it has more characters and is more detailed.
    the fith book is coming out along with the second movie, so theyll make a huge product surge, and all kids will buy the book watch the movie, eat the lollies play with the toys, ect ect and the kids will get brainwashed once again, and the companies will make a shitload of money. i heard the fith book is gonna be "scary". oh no*pisses pants* (sarcastic). harry potter is to childish.

    have u read that book?! i am half way through it and it is much better than any harry potter book! the is a sequal as well. Lareal, i think its called. Now i know for sure that i am not alone, and there is someone esle on earth that likes that book too.

    the forth book is the best of the harry potter series.

    amen!! & is the 5th book really coming out this november? are yoiu kidding?!?!??! my boyfriend & my coworker are both gonna have a fit (right along with me)!!! does anyone know the name of it?

    I never finished it, borrowed it from a friend and got a little past half-way. Though once I get off my lazy ***, I'm going to go and pick both up, and I'm patiently awaiting the third installment... don't remember the name of it, though. That "A" name, the one Sabriel's father had.

    omg! i lvoe these books soooo much! i have read all four about three tiems each...yes that sounds sad but eh thats ok...i lvoe it so much! ^_^ and i have seen the movie millions of times! i cant wait for the second one to come out...it jsut looks sooo good!!
    my favorite book is the fourth one i think...even tho there is a really sad part towards the end...but the rest is so good and action packed...heh

    the name of book five was out last year in the spring. harry potter and the order of the pheonix. and well, one of my best friends works in a book store. he has been told that i am to be put in a reserve list as soon as they start one. *^-^* i shall have that book i say! *^-^* and well, i'm hoping it's out then. cause well, i miss reading it lots. and i'm kinda hard up when it comes to reading things again...i really don't do that alot...memorize the first time around i say.

    for the person who didn't know: The Prisoner of Azkaban is the name of the 3rd book.

    oh, man i am so excited!!! another book! & don't feel bad, ya'll, about reading the book over & over. i just bought them all in august & have read them over 12 times!!!

    Dudes, I saw a commercial for the second movie -- dudes, those kids are just so CUTE! I LOVE the kid playing Harry! *glomp!!*
