Felicia lowered her gaze and said, "I would only require clothing." She paused, looked to the hallway, then back at Setsaki. "I must say I am relieved that Reina is being watched by a few with good intentions."

 

Vincent smirked, "Of course."

He then glanced at Leon on his new bike. 'He's an odd one, I wonder how he knew how to work that under that madness of his...'

He shrugged the thought off and took a step forward, when he felt it.

"Darius...there's another vampire is coming this way...or another half-breed since I sense human in whoever it is aswell." Vincent said, his eyes narrowed at the road ahead. "There's something else too, but I can't put my finger on it..."

'It smells familiar for some reason...like I'm sensing myself over there.'

Then suddenly, the feeling was gone. Only the vague scent of a human remained.

Rian stopped just out of Darius and Vincent's range of sight. She sensed Darius coming that way and didn't necessarily want to meet up with him again. But since the source of her behavior was coming from that way she had to go there.

"Damnit...I'll just hide myself until the bastard passes, then just continue on with my search." Rian muttered to herself, and quickly moved into the shadows of a nearby building.

Closing her eyes momentarily, she forced all her vampiric powers deep inside herself, trying to mask her presence...though it was much harder than usual.

 

*Reina*
Reina entered the room and asked, "Setsaki, why isn't our sister in your family portrait? Had she been casted out by then or was it something else? And do you have any food? I'm starving."

*Athena*
"N...no... I won't.... I won't succumb to that..." Athena whispered.
She pushed Roneri's hand out of her face and made herself stand and said, "I won't do that and I will not let myself fail Leon... I swore to help him and I have other vows I have promised myself. So let's hurry and move on."
Athena then started walking in the direction they had been going.

 

Setsaki smirked back at Felicia before Reina entered the room, "But of course."

When Reina entered and asked her question about their family, "I am sorry to say this but yes, she was cast out by mother. I am trying to rectify their mistake and get Athena to forgive me for what I did to her."

Setsaki looked up at the portrait, "But, I can see an image of her appearing behind me, apparently, she has the 'want' to join the family again, and I hope she will allow herself to. But, I have stopped smiling, for I am no longer a happy person, the day of the portrait, I was smiling as big as could be. But now, look at the picture, it changes with the passing days, by our personalities. You are still happy inside, somewhere, but I lead a tortured life and I can't die until I can rectify my mistakes of the past. Which is my life now, I live, day by day wishing only for rest."

Setsaki turned back to Reina, "But don't worry, I'll always watch over you and Athena."

He got up and walked into the kitchen, as they followed, he asked "So, what can I get you? After we eat, I advise that we all get some clothing and equipment. So, what'll it be?"

 

Roneri pulled her back, "Would you rather plunge him deeper into depression?" She looked at Athena, "If you die now, there's no hope for him. Understand?"

 

"Know what, Raziel? It's over, I'll go find my own demon, someone I can actually trust.'
With that, Charliase walked away, looking for some other vampire who could help her.

 

Felicia shrugged at Setsaki's question, not wanting to impose. She preferred to comment on his words about the portrait.

"Repentance," she said gently but with conviction, "is a virtue, and it will be rewarded."

To Reina she offered a kind look, along with, "All will be well."

 

"Don't you use that guilt trip on me. Trusting vampires are hard to find, you know." Raziel walked away in Roneri's direction.

 

*Athena*
Athena paused in stride for a moment and she looked at Roneri with a new look and said, "I didn't realize you cared about that... Alright... I guess I have no choice then.."

*Reina*
Reina smiled at Felicia and said, "Thank you for your comforting words." To Setsaki she said, "I'll eat a little bit later but do you have a place I can train my magic safely?"

 

"Of course, follow me."

Setsaki led Reina into a room with cherry blossoms and many plants growing. In the center of the room, was a ring created by four crystals, each about the size of Setsaki. "Just cast the magic inside the ring of crystals and the field they make can absorb anything. Just in case your wondering, the flowers, bushes and cherry blossoms help me relax, that's why they grow here."

Setsaki turned to Felicia, "What can I help you with? Weapons? Anything? We could train together, but, its up to you."

 

The priestess crossed her arms and grinned playfully. "Well, if you fight unarmed, I'll spar with you."

 

Raziel landed by Roneri and said "How is the controlling of the girl going?"

 

Setsaki chuckled. "Well, I guess, but, I want to fight one match with weapons, deal?"

 

Roneri glared at Raziel from behind. She didn't answer his question.
"So, Darius isn't the only one getting visitors, I see." She said, calmly, as she let Athena drink. She didn't look at him. She just kept her eyes on Athena.
How was it going? She hoped well. But smooth talk wouldn't keep Athena at bay for long. For a moment, she wondered how she had come up with what she had said. She didn't quite think it was something she had made up. She didn't even think of the words. They just came out.

I didn't realize you cared about that...

No hope for Leon? Had she really said that? Some how, she doubted that Leon going further into depression was possible.

She tried not to think about it too much. If she did, Athena would sense it. As of this moment, they were connected. Athena could sense anything in her and she could sense anything in Athena.
Right now, all she could see in Athena's mind was thoughts of Leon. For a moment, she could feel those thoughts and emotions Athena was feeling as well. She bit her lip, her fangs drawing blood from the inside of her mouth. She just let it slide down her throat.
Her emotions were strong. But Roneri would have no problem dealing with them.

Leon was dimly aware of what was going on. When he had felt Vincent's claws at his throat, a history of bloodshed had gone through his mind and he just wasn't able to cope. That, coupled with seeing his betrayer, who was once his teacher, had caused this state of affairs to occur.

He was regaining awareness, but he showed nothing...It was a strange situation. Sometimes, he felt very far away, or as if he weren't in control of his own body, and other times, he felt that he could almost regain control.

He knew that Athena was no longer with him, and that hurt. What had happened to her? He tentatively sent a thought out, seemingly to no avail. <Athena...I'm trapped.> A wall of silence greeted his thought. A wall...yes, he was walled in.

 

*Athena*
<Leon, are you okay? They took you and I was forced to go with Roneri... I'll find a way back to you as soon as I can.> Athena thought, she could barely get the thought through.
*Reina*
Reina nodded at Setsaki and began to train inside the crystal circle.

ooc: I may not get to reply on sunday and or Saturday so if I don't Gomen.

 

Roneri withdrew her wrist once Athena was finished. She looked at her for a moment.
"Do you love him?" She asked, the tone of her voice solid. She wasn't sure why she asked, but didn't care at the moment. She just figured it was from Athena drinking her blood.
Which brought another problem. She'd need to find Athena a human. Vampire blood only stops the need for blood temporarily. Human's blood was the only thing that could help her. But she bought Athena some time. For now that would have to do.

 

*Athena*
"Do you love him?" Roneri had asked.
Athena was startled but then she looked at Roneri and said, "I... I care for Leon greatly..." She was going to leave it at that but her heart wouldn't let her and she found herself saying, "Yes, I do love him... but his heart is still with another and I won't say anything to him... besides at the moment there are more important things to be concerned with."

 

Amanda looked to her new surroundings and wondered who the leader was. She listened and heared Athena, and then walked closer, creeping in the shadow, Amanda was but a ghost in the shadows. She looked and watched Roneri and Athena, she gathered herself up and walked out in plain sight of Athena. "Hello," She gave a worried look and continued. "An order was sent to me for me to meet Athena." Amanda looked and approached the two. "Which of you was I sent to meet?" She looked to the two for a response. Amanda reached into her pocket and pulled out a crumpled note and handed it to the two.

 

*Athena*
Athena looked up at the new vampire and after a moment she said, "I am Athena..."
She then began to wonder who would have sent this vampire to her. She looked questioningly at Roneri and then thought, <Oh my God... did she overhear what we said?>
