Kurama looks at Hiei with wonder. Kurama: I see. This case will be harder than any other we have ever been assigned to. But the question is, how do we go about it? And just who is this new demon? There are too many questions, and not enough answers. Kurama looked at the ensuing fight thoughtfully.
Seriyuna leaped back, seeming the flatten against the wall but when his foot was within range she grasped it and twisted it, rolling him on his belly and shoved his foot away, tossing him as best as she could from the position she had grabed him in and dodge beside him ducking low and leaped up to shove him off balance, shoving then pushing her foot off the ground to leap away before he would be able to catch her and hit the ground at a bad angle on her back, patting for a moment before she rolled to kneel for a moment, glancing over her sholder to see where he was.
Athena nodded her head at the others before she and the orphan kid left them. She walked with the kid out of that town and onto the next hoping to find some clues there. She had already gotten some of her information she was given confirmed and the rest, well she'd find out. "I'm Seji." the orphan said, "so don't call me kid." "Okay lil Seji." Athena said, "now stay quiet or a bad demon may attack u." That shut him up and they continued on in silence.
"Hmmm you seem to have the skill to past a simple test such as that but try THIS!!!" he yelled as his eyes turned a dark red and his spirit energy began to sky rocket.He now stood at an awsome 10'6" with dark green scales covering his body and two black horns that curled next to his ears like that of a ram.His tail with two razor sharp black claws slashed from side to side as he approached the girl. He slowly lean over and picked her up by one arm.His breath smelled of brimstone as he breathed into her face "Now the fun begins."
OOC:Hehe now for some fun...... BIC: She had been crouched with her back to him since thats the way she had come up from her earlier attack and instead of grabing her arm he had accidently grabed her leg so instead she was hanging upside down which wasn't much fun since her coat fell around her arms, only making her struggle all the harder. Her fingers found the strap and pulled it free of it loop letting the coat slip off her arms so that she was upside down in jeans and her t-shirt and wasn't hindered. She wrinkled her nose and growled,"God get a breath mint sometime. Your breath stinks." Even as his spirit energy had jumped suddenly she was working to gather hers for a full out wave attack when the chance came that she had enough not to black out afterwards. The faint form of the tattoo appeared on her jaw but she didn't notice, swinging her body slightly to see how tight his grip was. She couldn't exactly hit him with anything by how she was laying.
He lifted her up over his head and swung her around like a rag befor letting her go into the air.He then powered an energy beam from his mouth and launched it after her.
The energy beam had been in the right direction but a little off when she twisted as not to get the full brunt of the hit but it hit directly on her belly, knocking the air out of her(rather not tear her and kill her) and shoving her alot quicker then she would have liked into the wall. When the beam had droped off and wasn't pinning her there her body slid off and hit the ground. For a moment it didn't look like she was going to get up, laying on her back, stretched out like a rag doll, arms and legs splayed where they had fallen when she had hit but after a short amount there was a soft grunt as she caught her breath and she pulled her arms to herself before shoving up to sit, panting and wincing,"Owwwww Gotta learn to dodge that next time and not be smashed into the wall..." She stumbled up more or less, not about to go racing and attack, she had just been slamed into a brick wall after all and she was mighty sore from it. She stretched her arms slightly and brushed her fingers on her cheek when she felt a faint warmth,"Almost ready..." She murmered it, closing her eyes for a minute to rest sore muscles before turning her attention back to her opponent.
???????? Ari looked to Kurama and Hiei, "How much longer are the two of you going to let this go on." She looked back to the fight, "Not that I ubject." If they looked hard enough, the two could have seen her almost grin, "But I think it's wise that we save all the man power we have, at least untill we know what we're up agianst."
Loushin began to power up another beam knowing she couldn't out last a second one.He purposly weakened this one not wanting to kill the poor girl. "DEAMON BREATH" he yelled as he launched the bright yellow beam at her.
She grinned as a sudden gust of wind seemed to blow by her, green hair pushed back and weaving with it, pulled free from the pony tail and streaming. She had covered her level of spirit energy and concentrating on pointing it in one direction instead of all around her like she did when she was surrounded or tired and couldn't center it. The tattoo on her cheek which read in kanji 'demon' flashed to point out more or less that she was fully powered and ready to attack. She blew a kiss at her opponent ducking the beam in a crouch at the same time stretching out her hands palm to palm, fingers spread,"Energy...WAVE!" A crackling blue energy surged forth from her hands even as she yelled it but when it came to using the energy, sometimes she couldn't rein it in and this was one of those times where she started it and couldn't shut off the power that traveled through her till most was gone and she was able to stop the attack and collapsed to her knees, panting as she waited for the dust from the building behind him to clear so she could see how much damage she had done. As she sat there the tattoo darkened but you could still read what it said as it faded slightly. She rested her hands on her knees, gasping for breath as if she had just been punched in the stomach, her hair falling to hang around her face and sholders,"Shoot.......Again to much energy..."
ayeka looked on examining Seriyuna's power and making mental notes in her head. She leaned against the wall with a grin and awaited the smoke to clear...
Kurama looked at Seriyuna and shook his head. Kurama whispering to Hiei: Will she ever learn? Putting all her energy into one attack.... she's as bad as Yusuke. She seems to be out of the fight. I think it's time you and I step in, Hiei. With this Kurama readied a rose, waiting for Hiei's response.
Seriyuna had partly heard Kuramas words to Hiei from where she sat, her head pounding and even whsipers reaching her ears. She placed her hands from her knees to the ground infront of her and shifted to push herself up on unsteady feet before shaking her head at Kurama,"I..I'm alright. I can finish the fight. That is if theres anything left of him!" She released a small giggle even when she could sense a power in the air from his direction, swaying on her feet,a strip of green hair sliding against her cheek, brushing against the tattoo which was mostly gone.
Hiei gave an evil smirk,and gently started to unsheath his sword.A strong glare filled the alley."Kids these days,"he started to say."They have no concept of strategy."
Seriyuna snorted,"Kids, Hiei? You better not be making fun of me or you'll be meeting the dirt later." She winked in his direction before blowing a kiss. She was only kidding around but was feeling tired and din't want that pointed out and tried to act annoyed or hyped up to fight.
The dust cleared to show a rather tired Loushin breathing heavily in and his left arm was bleed freely. "If you knew how to control that attack I would have been dead" he said as he held up his right arm "SLEEP DUST" he yelled as a pink dust flew from his hand spraying Seriyuna in the face. He leaned back on to the ground and faded back into his human form.He lay there holding his right arm and said to her "You will be temporarily put to sleep in 3.....2......1"
???????? Ari grinned, "Well. I guess it's over..." She said, then turning to Loushin, "Do you thik you could try clarifying what you said earlier now?"
"Ah if by clearfy you mean explain the test then I suppose you will want to know why" he said with a simple look of pleasure. "You see I am Loushin the Shinlong deamon.I go from person to person testing their spirit abilities, but you see it is not realy them who is getting help but my self.For you see by training others my abilities grow, and I can also attempt to memic or make a replica of their attacks to beter my own style." He leaned his head back on the shattered wall and said "I need a healer, that girl had more power than I had hoped for."
"It seems as if you've lost your touch,Loushin,"Hiei snickered,"In the old days,you could have beaten that girl quicker than that.Although I must admit she has guts."A quick breeze flowed through the alley,blowing Hiei's spikey hair about."Someone carry her.We've wasted enough time here,as is."
Ayeka grin and looked over at Loushin with cold eyes and then looked down at Seriyuna and said softly, "A loaded gun is only as dangerous as its user..."
