Chapter 79 UP!

FINALLY! After a long long looooooooooong wait, it's here.

It's about Bloodberry's first date... and the unfortunate circumstances around it.

I know, I already told you this over MSN, but, for posterity purposes... I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but...

It's quite good, I do like it, and I still enjoy reading it, even after 80 chapters. But, in the time between my reading the last chapters, and the new ones, I'll admit I've kinda lost interest. I'm sorry, but, for some reason, it doesn't appeal to me as much as it did. I don't know why, I just find that it's not as easy to go and read it anymore.

I think it's suffering frm DBZ syndrome, actually. I mean, it's been going for a very long time, and a lot has happened, even though not a lot of time has passed, story-wise. The initial effect of it, that feeling I had, awhile back, that "Can't leave it for a second" feeling, seems to have faded. I really don't know what to say to improve that.

I'm still going to read it to the end, though. I may not get around to it for while, but I will. Maybe it's not even you. It could just be that I haven't read the earlier chapters in so long, that I've forgotten most of them, and need to re-read it.

I swear to you, I'll read the whole thing again, someday, and let you know what happens.

 

I liked it a lot. Something that luvweaver does quite well is a complete developing of each of the main characters, and it's something that I've realized not a long time ago. There is a main plot (human girls with super human, albeit hidden skills), but also there are individual stories for each of them. As far as I remember, this was made with Lorelei, Lime, Cherry, Tiger, Panther and Bloodberry. The same was made with secondary characters, like Hess, Goddel, or Tamasaburo.

I still miss some other "multimedia" chapter, with hidden texts, or computer screens, but they don't belong to the core of the story, and perhaps they are time consuming, so it's anyways ok with them.

Anyway, sorry for being away these months... i've been EXTRA busy: I joined an Open Source project called codeblocks, it's a C++ editor and debugger that can compile under linux and windows. But now that the most critical bugs have been fixed, i'll have more spare time to write! Yay!

I promise I'll get around to re-reading those old chapters again within 2005. :sweat2: ...What? I'm setting a goal I'm sure to meet! If I said I'd re-read the whole thing in a day or two, I'd be forced to disappoint you. But this way, I'm safe, so long as I get it re-read by the end of December.
