I think that this debate is now over. I mean there's nothing left to say other than we miss him. Neph I know you can see this post so come back to us.

 

i'm sorry for you having to waste time matt. it helps the rest of the people understand. is there anyway we could close this debate thread? i think the points have been crossed and arguments have finished.

oh but i'd like to know one thing... what happened when he apologized? what did you do or say? as for his webspace, thats his personal webspace. it was deactivated when he left school for summer. they arent there.

boy did this thread grow fast. before i start i'll just say no one take offence to this....
i didn't talk to neph or anything, but i did find him funny on lots of occasions, but as is said, since i've been her, i don't think i've seen a single post by him that wasn't a flame or spam. (flame in particular), maybe these were humourous to him, and those he knew, but to those who didn't, it probably wasn't.
he's been around a long time and seemed popular, but as matt said, that shouldn't make him invicible.
neph seems to have a thick skin and would appear to be the sort of person who doesn't take offence easily, but that doesn't mean other people are.
i kinda think he was looking for a bit of trouble with his posts, and seeing what people would do. maybe he didn't care if he got banned?
i did think it was a joke of some kind when i saw banned next to his name though.

A debate thread should never be closed.

Trimmed, yes. Closed, no. That defeats the entire point of having a debate forum.

Well I never noticed this thread until today. I was over at Neph's place not to long ago and I told him Matt was thinking about a ban...but yeah like he keeps pointing out to me it was kinda late timing, but I figured like Matt told me he was ready for it, so I assumed he was. He seemed surprised. I do feel guilty about this though considering I kinda put the thought into Matt's mind by bringing it up that day...because a few of my friend's were upset..considering i have a short memory spand I cant say I remember to much of what happened. After seeing Scott's expression I DO feel tremendous guilt from even opening my big mouth..Anyways...I dont know who's side to take considering I care about both of them a lot...I just kinda feel this is very unfortunate...I mean...I saw from something Matt got in the chat last night that Neph said...it was really cold and I gotta say it upset me to see that a friend would say something that cold to someone I love so dearly...Ok getting really cheesy ^^;;;.

Honestly...I havent been in m2a nearly as long and as often as most here and from my experience from..>.> 1year it sure has changed a lot. I really don't like whats going on at all...WHY CAN'T WE ALL JUST RESPECT ONE ANOTHER???? SERIOUSLY WOULD IT REALLY HURT YOU JUST TO SUPPORT EACH OTHER WITHOUT CREATING A WAR? From what I've observed it seems like Matt was going to re-think that ban and remove it or something? I don't wanna get my arse banned here, but I think Neph was banned because he was rude, put too many pictures up, spammed and pissed some people off. There. I said it. I'm going back to sleep.

okay, I knew this was gonna happen to him sooner or later. If anothe rmemeber did some of the stuff he did they would've been banned, (as other people have said). I KNEW he would've been banned sooner or later, I just hoped it would much, muhc later, when it was safe for me to put him back on my msn, (my dad forced me to block him cause he doesn't like me 'chatting' with people all over the world... because of this I have also been unable to contact a boy I meet on a chat room (behind my father's back) who only lived in lethbridge which is in Alberta, where I also live. ._. It was a fun friendship that wouldn't result in me meeting him, but I've lost contact with him now cause he changes his e-mail quite often and used to add me to his list all the time, btu I am afraid he has not been on at all, meaning he has changed e-mails once more and has not bothered to put me on his msn list.)

Of course, lucky for me, i only blocked Neph and I cna easily un-block him...

I remember another person on the board, Zero Enna recently got banned, before she could give me her e-mail *sniff* (er... I was gonna ask the admins to give it to me cause she said she would help me for some stuff in my fanfic >.<) so...

I'm only realizing now that I gotta watch what I write carefully now... cause I don't wanna be banned.. *burst into tears and scurries into a corner to cry*

 

it's okay... neph is a big boy and can take care of himself. if he wanted to return he would have. we just have to wait and see what happens. right? yup so come back and wipe your sniffles with this clean hanky i have here.
